WHY?Radio with Clay Jenkinson and Book Signing

"WHY?" Will be the question of the evening. Not when, who, where, or what . . .  and I hope we will have an answer, but sometimes there is never a single answer and oftentimes many more questions arise from the initial "WHY?" And we hope this is the case with our entire evening devoted to philosophy as we welcome Jack Russell Weinstein and his Prairie Public Radio show Why? .

Jack's guest for the Minot Taping of the show will be the comparable (not incomparable, because of course he can be easily compared to Thomas Jefferson) Clay Jenkinson of Bismarck. The topic of the show will be The Philosophy of Journalism with a focus on another local boy, Eric Sevareid, and his book "Canoeing with the Cree."

5:00 to 6:30 PM Clay Jenkinson will be at Main Street Books for a meet and greet and booksigning prior to the taping of the show.

7pm to approx 8:30 Live Taping of the show at THE TAUBE MUSEUM with Clay Jenkinson, Jack Weinstein and as many screaming lungs (Jack's words, not mine) and enquiring minds as we can get into that great little museum on the corner of Central and Main Street.

After show Social at Main Street Books: Join us for cheese, crackers, fruit, coffee, whatever munchies we can conjure up and more questions for Clay or Jack or books by Clay or Eric Sevareid or just come by and sit. We would love to have you . . .
